Now that I have your attention, meet Cooper Rivers, the one man genius band behind Tech Coast that has popped up from seemingly nowhere (ok I lie, Philadelphia) with his dreamy-synth glitched out pop, Baths-esque sounding EP 'Stay', featuring the current-on-repeat favourite 'Tough Lately'. It sounds like Baths met Star Slinger and had a baby almost but a mutated one. Admiration for this man despite the typical hipster EP cover (boooo titties).
